About the piece
A song by Renato Teixeira, later made famous in a duet with Almir Sater, rooted in the caipira music of rural Brazil. "Romaria" is a hymn-like reflection on faith and hardship, and this solo guitar arrangement by Luis Leite draws out its plain, prayerful melody.
